Terms of Purchase

1. The Preferred Customer Monthly Auto Order is an optional monthly standing order. You may designate the day of each month that you want your credit card charged. If you do not designate a day of the month, your credit card will automatically be charged each month on or about the day of the month specified on the front of this Order Form. If no date is specified, the default billing date is on or about the third Monday of each month. As long as you remain an active Preferred Customer, your cards will be held in your card bank until you use them.

2. The Preferred Customer Monthly plan includes: (1) 20 points minimum per month; (2) an online contact manager wherein you can store the names and information of your contacts; (3) an online calendar on which you can post birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions; and (4) An online tickler system that reminds you of upcoming events.

3. You may cancel your Preferred Customer Monthly Order online or by submitting a written cancellation notice to Send Out Cards at 346 East 3300 South, Salt Lake City Utah 84115. Cancellation notices must be received no later than 15 days prior to monthly standing order date in order to avoid the next month?s charge.

4. If you cancel your Monthly Standing Order and/or have not purchased any Preferred Customer programs, your online contact manager, calendar and reminder system will be reverted to an Annual Account. If you have any cards remaining in your card bank upon account expiration you have 30 days to renew. Thereafter, cards remaining in your bank will be voided.

5. A Preferred Customer may reinstitute his/her Monthly Standing Order or purchase a Preferred Customer Order within 90 days from cancellation and will not lose the data in his/her online contact manager, calendar and reminder system. All data is purged from the company's system after 90 days from account experation.

6. SEND OUT CARDS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SEND OUT CARDS, LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO LOSS OF CUSTOMER'S DATA OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER SYSTEM FAILURE OR PROBLEM.

7. SendOutCards is not responsible for delivery delays, damage to, or loss of cards by the postal service or other mail or delivery companies in the U.S. or any country.

8. All sales are FINAL subject to the buyer's right to cancel, set forth below:

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Today's Date:

You may CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the above date (five days for Alaska residents).

If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk.

If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram to Send Out Cards, LLC, 346 East 3300 South, Salt Lake City Utah 84115 NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON the third business day after the date of this transaction.

I HEREBY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION.
